So far in the music industry lil Wayne is still being looked at as the "Best Rapper Alive."But, is it true? Yet some new and up coming rappers are coming into to the game with raw talent. My opinion of the entire thing is that lil Wayne is the "Best Rapper Alive,"but do others agree with me.
